Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Virtual Customer Service Representatives. As a member of Wayfair's customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with orders, returns, and product inquiries. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a virtual or remote setting. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and remain organized. Comfortable using multiple software systems and platforms.
