The incumbent should possess a profound comprehension of animation, a vivid creative perspective, sterling leadership traits, and practical experience in sculpting exceptional animations. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Captain a squad of animators and artists, offering clear guidance and support. Engage intensively with directors, producers, and creative frontrunners to chalk out animation aesthetics and benchmarks. Supervise diverse animation projects, ensuring they resonate with top-tier artistic and technical parameters. Facilitate team interactions and reviews, endorsing a cohesive and nurturing workspace. Pinpoint operational and creative hurdles, devising strategies to address them. Innovate workflow and pipeline enhancements to augment efficiency and output. Converse effectively with production on scheduling, budgetary concerns, and resource distribution. Tutor the animation brigade, enriching their prowess and potential. Remain updated on industry drifts, tools, and methodologies to continually refine team caliber and outputs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Film, Art, or allied domain, or an analogous industry stint. 7+ years immersed in animation, with at least 3 years at a supervisory echelon. Demonstrated flair in sculpting and overseeing elite animation ventures for films, TV, and cinematics. Profound familiarity with animation software (Maya, 3Ds Max, Blender) and other pivotal tools. Comprehensive grasp of animation fundamentals. Distinct leadership aptitude with an essence of motivation and inspiration. Stellar problem-solving acumen, with a penchant for ingenious solutions. Exceptional communicative prowess, adept at elucidating intricate concepts. Poise to operate under strain and adhere to stringent timelines without diluting quality.
