What We’re Looking For: • Experienced Professionals: 3-5 years of proven success in college admissions, particularly guiding English-speaking students applying to English-language programs in European Union countries (preferred experience in Spain and Sweden). • In-Depth Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.S. college admissions, international admissions trends, and the specific admissions policies for English Language programs in Spain, Sweden, and other EU nations. • Passionate Educators: A deep passion for empowering students and building their confidence throughout the application process, particularly for those applying abroad. • Exceptional Communicators: Skilled at engaging with students and families with clarity and effectiveness. • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Google Suite, Zoom, and online scheduling, and able to quickly adapt to new tools. • Dedicated Mentors: Willing to commit to at least one semester and undergo a background check. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Planning: Guide students through career exploration, course selection, standardized testing, and college list development with expert precision, with a focus on programs in English in Spain and Sweden. • Application Management: Oversee the college application process for students applying to English-taught programs in the EU, ensuring their applications meet deadlines and stand out in competitive fields. • Effective Communication: Maintain clear, supportive communication with students, parents, and guardians throughout the admissions journey, particularly for those navigating the international application process.
