In this remote role, you will be instrumental in delivering individualized therapy services, collaborating with educators, parents, and professionals to help students achieve their fullest potential. Key Responsibilities • Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of each student. • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with student goals. • Collaborate closely with teachers and parents to ensure holistic support for student development. • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes. • Create a positive, encouraging, and supportive virtual environment conducive to learning. Required Skills • Excellent communication skills. • A commitment to promoting student growth and success. • Proficiency in conducting assessments and formulating treatment plans. • Experience in providing therapy services, particularly in a virtual context, is preferred. Qualifications • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. • A valid SLP license in the state of Indiana. • Strong dedication to fostering student development and success.
