Responsibilities of Retail Cashier Associate: • The Retail Cashier Associate is tasked with elevating customer satisfaction levels by offering superior assistance, showcasing profound product understanding, adhering to stringent brand requirements, and managing Front-End tasks with precision. • Provide a pleasant welcome to each person and take the proactive step of engaging with customers to identify their needs and improve their retail experience. • Execute customer sales transactions and returns in compliance with established Front-End protocols. • Build a store environment that encourages diversity and prioritizes the safety and respect of all individuals who interact within its premises. • Utilize a collaborative approach to back up the team throughout the store. • Execute any tasks given by the management in addition to regular responsibilities.
