About the Role

As an After-Hours Inside Sales Rep, you’ll be the first voice our customers hear — and the one they trust to schedule a solution to their roofing problems. You'll be responsible for setting appointments with qualified leads, managing expectations, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment and wants to get paid based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for potential customers — setting the tone and building trust
• Set appointments with clear, concise expectations
• Make hundreds of outbound calls to warm leads using our CRM system
• Communicate clearly and persuasively to guide homeowners toward scheduling an appointment
• Provide daily reports on results and activity
• Work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure we are always communicating with our customers
• Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge
• Contribute to a positive team culture and high-performance environment

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience is a plus)
• A great attitude and willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent
