Property Management Assistant (ZR_24670_JOB)
This is a remote position.
Schedule:- Thursdays to Mondays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Kissimmee, FL, USA, Eastern Time (with 1 hour of unpaid break)
- 40 hours per week
- Serve as primary guest liaison handling all correspondence and communication across multiple platforms
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally to ensure exceptional experiences
- Coordinate maintenance requests and property repairs with local service teams
- Manage cleaning schedules and property preparation between guest stays
- Handle incoming calls through professional Vonage phone system with dedicated extension
- Oversee guest arrivals, departures, and check-in processes for seamless transitions
- Support comprehensive property management operations across Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms
- Provide weekend coverage during peak guest activity periods
Requirements
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service industries
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Proven multitasking abilities with strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar vacation rental platforms preferred
- Comfort with phone systems, apps, and technology integration
- Flexibility to work weekends and non-traditional hours as needed for guest coverage
- Strong problem-solving skills with guest-focused mindset
