Overview We are seeking a Product Technology Consultant to join our global Agency Sales team, where innovation knows no borders. This team empowers travel agencies—particularly Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)—by driving adoption of Sabre’s technology, supporting scalable distribution solutions and strengthening customer partnerships. As a Product Technology Consultant, you will advise OTAs in South Korea on implementing and optimizing Sabre’s technology products and services. You will serve as a trusted advisor across customer engagements, delivering technical expertise and supporting product strategy. While the primary focus is on the South Korea market, this role also offers the opportunity to contribute to regional initiatives across Asia Pacific. Success in this role requires strong consultative skills, API integration expertise and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive business value and solution adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and optimization of Sabre solutions for OTA customers.
  • Act as a key technical advisor throughout rollout, integration and go-live phases.
  • Deliver customer-specific product enablement, training and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with account leadership and product teams to guide solution design.
  • Support knowledge sharing and best practices across the consulting team.

Preferred qualifications and education

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product consulting, solution implementation or technical account support in an ecommerce or travel distribution environment.
  • Familiarity with OTA workflows, GDS platforms and travel agency distribution strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, integration methods and scripting tools.
  • Business-level fluency in both Korean and English.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support customer engagements across Asia Pacific.
