This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, lead generation, and building client relationships in a B2B setting. The ideal candidate will have experience using modern sales tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, optimizing CRM workflows, and supporting the sales process from initial outreach to proposal.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize HubSpot, cold calls, emails, and other prospecting tools to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to inform outreach and qualification.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Optimize CRM workflows, including automation and logic improvements.
  • Drive new business development through:
  • Strategic outreach via LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Participation in LinkedIn communities where prospects engage
  • Research and engagement in relevant industry-specific forums
  • Repurposing content for LinkedIn, aligned with the company’s tone and messaging
  • Maintaining an active presence in key B2B communities
  • Set appointments and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and sales executives.
  • Create and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to scope solutions and pricing accurately.
  • Submit weekly activity and pipeline reports to the sales manager.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and continuously develop sales skills through training programs.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • At least 2 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM (or similar tools)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other modern sales tools
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves)
  • Background in SaaS or tech-enabled services
  • Familiarity with CRM optimization or sales workflow design
