Responsibilities

The Knowledge Manager will perform the following duties: Develop and implement knowledge management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize the capture, storage, and dissemination of organizational knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them. Leverage data science, AI, and ML techniques to enhance knowledge management practices, including data analysis, predictive modeling, and natural language processing. Develop and maintain machine learning models to automate knowledge extraction, classification, and retrieval processes. Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of knowledge repositories, databases, and content management systems. Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and accessibility of knowledge assets for all stakeholders. Facilitate communication and information exchange between teams, departments, and external partners.
