- 2+ years of technical troubleshooting customer service experience (preferred)
- A natural communicatorpersonable, energetic, and patient
- Able to read between the lines of customer speak to prevent future issues
- A team player excited to take on real responsibilities
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to utilize available resources to find solutions.
