CSR will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and emails, obtain inquiry information and book patients in Medical EHR System and handling customer questions and complaints. CSR must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, CSR should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others. Our CSR are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
