As Associate UI/UX Designer at FINN, you will create digital experiences that combine intuitive design with measurable business impact. You will craft streamlined, conversion-focused interfaces for both web and app, ensuring our B2C and B2B customers enjoy a true e-commerce experience in the car industry. Working closely with product managers and engineers, you will bring a systems-thinking mindset to ensure your designs scale across our portal ecosystem.

Associate UI/UX Designer €44,500 - €56,000
Factors that may influence an employee's pay within this range include, but are not limited to, their experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, education level, seniority, and performance. The compensation for this role will be within the range of €44,500 - €56,000
+ VSOP, depending on the factors described above, as assessed during the interview process. This is the lowest and highest salary that we in good faith believe to be fair for this role at the time of this posting. This compensation range may be subject to change in the future.Additional Information
