The Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to foster strong, long-term relationships with our high-value clients. The Senior Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of enterprise level accounts. You will be responsible for driving customer success, increasing product adoption, and identifying strategic growth opportunities.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams: Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Sales, to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to our organizational goals. If you are experienced in managing enterprise-level accounts and skilled at building strategic partnerships, we’d like to meet you. 

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of A/B accounts, including enterprise-level clients. 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client account management matters. 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-value clients. 

  • Negotiate complex contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue. 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. 

  • Ensure the successful delivery of customized solutions aligned with client objectives. 

  • Conduct strategic account reviews and provide detailed sales reports. Annual onsite visits for tier one customers will be required.  

  • Identify and pursue long-term growth opportunities within assigned accounts. 

  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., adoption rates, sales results). 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory. 

  • Address escalated client concerns and provide effective resolutions. 

  • Keep clients informed of product updates, feature releases, and form executive level relationships to drive joint strategy conversations. 

  • Strategically partner with customers to keep their teams informed of sales messaging, value proposition, and joint marketing options available to them 

  • Serve as a coach to account managers to assist in growing and developing their account management skillsets 

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 

  • At least five years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role, with experience managing enterprise-level accounts. 

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities. 

  • Expertise with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and build strategic partnerships. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex accounts while maintaining attention to detail. 

  • Willingness and ability to travel 10-12 times annually for client meetings, conferences, and  training sessions.
