About the Role:

The Clubhouse Associate will be responsible for all administrative duties at our Chicago Clubhouse, including greeting guests, managing office supply inventory, maintaining common spaces, supporting events, and creating a positive clubhouse experience for Chief members and their guests.

What You’ll Do:
  • Greet and check in all Clubhouse visitors acting as the go-to for any requests and questions

  • Communicate and assist with Meeting Room Setup & Breakdown, including clean-up and reset, general support, AV/IT troubleshooting, & catering preparations

  • Support Clubhouse Manager to best support internal programming and external rentals

  • Manage Clubhouse vendor communication

  • Purchasing and organizing office supplies and deliveries

  • Own SalesForce emails concerning Clubhouse Operations

  • Build and update local ops notion pages

  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, including outside areas

  • Maintain reservation profiles, RSVP lists, and Clubhouse signage for all events

  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports

  • Complete the Clubhouse opening and closing checklist

  • Other ad hoc projects as needed

The base salary for this role is: $25/hour
