Product Manager, Developer Experiences

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-17

Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

Product Managers are responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interrelated projects. They represent the customer inside our company. They are the ones who identify the customer's need and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulate what success looks like for a product, and rally a team to turn that vision into reality.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Market Insight & Vision: Continuously map today’s automation landscape, anticipate agentic/AI trends, and translate findings into actionable product direction.

  • End-to-End Product Discovery: Lead discovery with UX, aligning opportunities to top company priorities, defining solution hypotheses, and validating them through telemetry and NPS.

  • Developer Experience Ownership: Champion a frictionless developer journey — improving usability, speed, and accessibility. Promote adoption of new automation capabilities internally and externally.

  • Cross-Functional Execution: Partner laterally with Engineering, UX, and GTM (Customer Success, Product Marketing, Product Support) while keeping primary stakeholders (PM Leadership) fully informed.

  • Customer Engagement: Conduct customer interviews and feedback sessions to inform product decisions; represent UiPath at summits and global conferences.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Demonstrated product management proficiency, preferably within automation, AI, cloud platforms, or developer tooling domains.

  • Strong grasp of how recent advances in AI (LLMs, agents, copilots, retrieval, etc.) are reshaping user workflows, business models, and product expectations.

  • Ability to rapidly prototype concepts — through low-code tools, prompt engineering, or direct collaboration with engineers — to test ideas early and often.

  • Working knowledge of modern tech stacks to support credible conversations with both engineers and customers.

  • Hands-on experience using data (telemetry, NPS, adoption metrics) to guide prioritization, validate outcomes, and influence stakeholders.

  • Capacity to synthesize market and user signals into clear product strategy, with a bias toward shipping incrementally and learning fast.

  • Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders across Engineering, UX, and GTM.

  • Demonstrates a collaborative, feedback-driven approach and is energized by reinventing automation workflows with AI.

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
