Job Summary

We’re hiring an AI Architect to lead the development of next-generation AI solutions at Truelogic. This is a senior-level, hands-on architecture role focused on designing scalable, production-grade systems for LLMs, agentic workflows, recommendation engines, multimodal models, and real-time AI services. You’ll set architectural direction, mentor teams, contribute to presales efforts, and drive applied innovation. Ideal candidates are expert Python engineers with deep ML/AI experience and a passion for turning frontier research into robust, shippable systems.

Responsibilities

Architecture Design & Technical Strategy

  • Design modular, scalable AI architectures for inference, training, retraining, and experimentation

  • Create and maintain system blueprints for generative AI, recommendation, graph-based, or multimodal solutions

  • Define compute infrastructure strategy, including containerization, model serving, and latency optimization

AI Practice Leadership & Strategy

  • Serve as Truelogic’s technical authority on AI/ML, working with the CTO to define internal standards and long-term vision

  • Build reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and playbooks to accelerate AI/ML solution delivery

  • Lead technical vetting and hiring of ML engineers and architects; mentor across levels

  • Cultivate a strong culture of experimentation, ethics, and innovation

  • Continuously assess new tools, platforms, and techniques in the evolving AI ecosystem

Presales & Client Engagement

  • Contribute to proposals, estimates, and execution plans during presales efforts

  • Join client meetings to define solution architectures and communicate complex AI concepts in accessible language

  • Shape reusable assets such as case studies, proposal templates, and reference implementations

Applied Research & Innovation

  • Prototype and productionize AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation systems, CV/AR pipelines, and more

  • Stay current on cutting-edge developments (LLMs, diffusion models, autonomous agents) and drive internal adoption

  • Lead “zero-to-one” innovation projects and ship performant AI systems

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • 8+ years in ML engineering, software development, or applied research; 3+ years in a technical lead or architect role

  • Advanced Python skills; familiarity with backend languages like Go, Java, or Node.js

  • Proficiency with:

    • AI/ML stack: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers (Hugging Face), LangChain, JAX, Scikit-learn

    • Production tooling: MLflow, Weights & Biases, FastAPI, Kafka, Docker, Airflow, K8s, Databricks/SageMaker/Vertex AI

  • Deep applied experience in at least two: LLMs, recommender systems, AR/VR ML, computer vision, knowledge graphs

  • Strong understanding of model and data lifecycles, including experimentation, validation, and deployment
