Senior Data Analyst

Location: London (E1)

Hybrid working as standard: 2 days a week in the office, the other 3 days remote (or office if you prefer)

• Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission!

The Opportunity

• Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to understand their goals and identify the highest-leverage opportunities where data can make a difference.

• Leading analytical projects end-to-end: framing problems, defining KPIs, exploring data, validating hypotheses, and delivering clear, actionable insights.

• Designing and maintaining dashboards, datasets, and reporting workflows that drive operational and strategic decisions.

• Translating analytical output into clear narratives and data stories that influence product development, customer experience, and commercial performance.

• Working with the wider data team to improve tooling, mentor junior analysts, and promote a culture of self-service and data fluency.

• Applying advanced analytics and exploratory techniques from predictive modelling and segmentation to A/B testing and optimisation to drive measurable business impact..

What we need from you

• Proven experience in a senior analytical role, ideally within a product or tech-led business.

• Outstanding SQL skills and fluency in at least one scripting language (ideally Python).

• Demonstrable success delivering commercial or operational gains through analysis, experimentation, or optimisation.

• Excellent stakeholder communication; you’re confident working cross-functionally and influencing at senior levels.

• Not essential but highly preferable: Exposure to data science workflows: supervised/unsupervised learning, time-series modelling, or similar.
