Job Requisition ID # 25WD89987 Position Overview: The Executive Assistant to the VP of Engineering and Commerce provides high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring all runs smoothly. You will manage calendar, travel, communications, and special projects, acting as a trusted partner and gatekeeper. This position can be 100% remote in the U.S., with a preference for the PT or MT zones. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries, expense reporting, and calendar management across multiple time zones
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute executive-level correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Plan and execute recurring and ad hoc meetings, offsites, and team events; take and distribute concise, action-oriented notes
  • Drive cross-functional projects to completion by tracking deliverables, following up with stakeholders (Legal, Finance, HR, etc.), and escalating risks
  • Maintain confidential files, prepare budget and headcount reports, and curate dashboards to inform strategic decisions
  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years supporting a VP-level executive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a large, global company environment; Prior technology company experience a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication; polished presentation and proofreading skills
  • High degree of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Concur (or similar tools)

For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $73,400 and $126,500. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
