The Mission

We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our growing Cloud Project Management team. The right candidate is someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment, is highly organized, and passionate about helping teams deliver meaningful cloud solutions.

Your mission will be to work collaboratively with engineering teams and customer stakeholders to ensure project goals and engagement expectations are met. You will help guide Agile delivery, act as Scrum Master where appropriate, and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions using a consultative approach. You may also support internal initiatives such as mentoring or contributing to deliver best practices as part of team growth and maturity.

Your Assignment

  • Manage cloud delivery projects from planning to execution in collaboration with engineers, architects, and customer stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Act as Scrum Master where needed, tracking progress, resolving blockers, and ensuring alignment to project goals.
  • Collaborate with customer Product Owners and Caylent team members to shape and maintain technical user stories.
  • Monitor forecasting, time tracking, and budget alignment to meet delivery expectations.
  • Report regularly on project scope, progress, risks, and deliverables in alignment with the Statement of Work.
  • Develop strong relationships through clear communication and by championing the project experience.
  • Identify risks or roadblocks early and guide teams through resolution.
  • Surface potential opportunities for account growth during project delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement by contributing to team knowledge sharing and delivery practices.

Your Qualifications

Core Consulting Qualifications

Customer Experience ● Builds trust with senior stakeholders through transparency, clear communication, and reliable follow-through. ● Proactively identifies and mitigates risks that could impact project success or customer satisfaction.

Collaboration ● Facilitates priority alignment across internal and external teams, ensuring shared goals and expectations. ● Resolves conflicts and escalations with professionalism, balancing delivery realities with customer needs.

Communication ● Navigates challenging conversations, such as scope changes or misaligned expectations, with confidence and clarity. ● Remains composed in unexpected situations, clarifies misunderstandings, and proposes actionable next steps.

Technical Qualifications

● 3+ years of experience in client-facing PM/Scrum role in a technical or consulting environment. ● Managed projects with at least 3+ team members and $250,000+ in budget. ● Strong background in Agile/Scrum delivery and tools (Jira). ● Experience leading engagements in application development, cloud modernization, or data engineering. ● Strong communication and time management skills, with ability to work across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

● PMP, CSM, or other Agile/PM certifications. ● Cloud certification (AWS Practitioner or equivalent)

This role may require up to 25% travel, depending on business needs.
