Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management in high-growth tech companies, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or spend management.
- Proven success leading complex products or product portfolios from discovery to launch and scaling.
- Outstanding ownership mindset, strong strategic thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- User-obsessed with a sharp sense for user experience, combined with strong technical fluency to work effectively with engineers.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and shifting contexts, and data-driven with a passion for AI.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
