Samsara is seeking a Senior People Partner - R&D to drive innovation through org design, foster an elite engineering and product culture, and enable teams to move fast without breaking execution discipline. The role involves architecting small, high-performing teams, strategic advisory at the highest level, high-performance culture and leadership development, and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of People Partner experience, with at least 5 years supporting R&D, product, AI, or engineering teams at a high-growth, fast-paced tech company.
