Manager, Salesforce Development

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-17

About Us

We are a fast-growing organization redefining how data, technology, and process intersect to support go-to-market success. As we scale, so must our Salesforce architecture and broader CRM ecosystem. We are looking for a technically proficient, process-oriented Salesforce Development Manager to lead system innovation and agile execution within our commercial technology team.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of business and technology. You'll lead a team of developers and administrators while collaborating with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to evolve our Salesforce platform into a true growth enabler.

Role Overview

As the Salesforce Development Manager, you will oversee technical solution design, platform scalability, agile delivery, and team performance. You will lead Salesforce development efforts while facilitating agile ceremonies and maintaining high standards for code quality, system integrity, and business alignment.

Your responsibilities will span across technical architecture, stakeholder collaboration, sprint leadership, and talent development. You’ll also ensure seamless integration across tools like Marketing Automation, Compensation Systems, and Reporting Platforms—empowering our teams to move faster, smarter, and with better data.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to business and technical requirements • Organize and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos • Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators; conduct performance reviews and foster career growth • Evaluate and implement sales enablement tools that integrate with Salesforce and drive GTM efficiency • Define system responsibilities and data flows between Salesforce and other platforms (e.g., Marketing Automation, Reporting, Compensation Systems) • Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and data architecture artifacts • Ensure strong governance practices around data integrity, user access, and process consistency • Write epics and user stories, estimate development efforts, and manage product backlogs in alignment with business priorities • Deliver hands-on training and enablement to internal teams on new workflows, tools, and platform updates • Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform changes, and best practices to inform strategic planning

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience in complex environments
  • 5+ years leading agile teams or managing Salesforce-related projects
  • Salesforce certifications required (e.g., Admin, Platform Developer, Consultant, or Technical Architect)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum facilitation
  • Proven track record delivering technical solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Operations use cases
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with a bias for scalable process design and automation
  • Experience leading and coaching technical team members

Why Join Us?

You’ll be joining a team that’s reimagining what best-in-class GTM looks like—backed by data, automation, and a strong collaborative culture. This is your opportunity to help shape the future of a high-growth firm’s GTM infrastructure while gaining hands-on experience with some of the most innovative tools in the industry.
