Operational Resilience Program Manager – Cloud & Infrastructure Focus (Full-time, Remote)

Start date: August, 2025 Contract type: Full-time, Contractor Work hours: 7.30am – 3.30pm PST – Remote
️ What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and maintain disaster recovery (DR) strategies that ensure compliance and stability for new product releases
Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Product teams to define and embed resilience requirements across digital transformation initiatives (automation, cloud, virtualization)
Design and lead exercises and simulations (e.g., tabletop, event response) to validate response capabilities and identify improvement areas
Drive cross-functional coordination of training and resiliency drills across business units, measuring preparedness and reporting insights
Conduct BIAs and TIAs to assess technical and business impacts, aligning with evolving risk profiles
Maintain and support tools used for business continuity and resiliency planning (e.g., Fusion Framework)
Contribute to audit preparation and compliance for certifications like SOC2 and ISO 27001
✅ What You Need to Succeed
Must-haves
4+ years of experience in enterprise resiliency, business continuity, or operational risk management
Solid technical foundation in infrastructure, SaaS tools, and storage/cloud architecture
Strong project management skills with ability to drive cross-functional alignment and reporting
Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and visualization
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across business and technical teams
Advanced English (written and spoken)
Availability to work in North American time zones
Nice-to-haves
Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), MBCP, CRISC or similar
Familiarity with industry-standard BCM tools like Fusion Framework
Experience supporting SOC2 / ISO 27001 audits
Background in IT security policy frameworks or corporate IT governance
Knowledge of DR architecture, resilience KPIs, and training frameworks
