The Accounting and Finance team is a central pillar of our growth strategy, and we are looking for a Tax Manager.

What to expect:

  • Collaborate with the Global Tax Director and external advisors to prepare, review, and file U.S. federal and state income tax returns, tax position papers, and transfer pricing documentation.
  • Prepare and manage U.S. federal and state tax provision workpapers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for state tax notices, responding to inquiries and managing state tax audits.
  • Oversee sales tax, use tax, and property tax compliance, coordinating with both internal stakeholders and external preparers to ensure timely and accurate filings.
  • Proactively assist in identifying and implementing global tax planning strategies to support the company’s overall business objectives.

Our new team member will need:

  • 5+ years of tax accounting experience at the senior or manager level, in either public accounting or a corporate tax department
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a Master’s in Taxation preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and partnership/corporate tax compliance and reporting
  • CPA license and/or Big 4 experience a plus, or a proven track record of success in corporate tax roles
  • Familiarity with accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) highly preferred
  • Proficient with tax software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at managing multiple deadlines and solving complex problems
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Compensation

$110,000 - $120,000

This salary can vary based on location, years of experience, background and skill set.
