Achieve 200+ paying customers within 3-4 months to establish strong traction Develop and execute a scalable customer acquisition strategy (organic, paid, outbound, partnerships) Build a high-converting sales pipeline for individual educators and enterprise deals Leverage your EdTech network to secure institutional partnerships and long-term contracts Expand market presence through multi-channel marketing, content, and demand generation⚡ Post-funding: Accelerate growth beyond 200+ customers to scale into a multi-million dollar business---
