Travel Scheduling Agent

As a Travel Scheduling Agent, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of travel arrangements for our clients, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other travel-related services. The ideal candidate will have experience using Concur or other travel management software, as well as exceptional communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and book all aspects of travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other travel-related services.
  • Utilize Concur to ensure all travel arrangements meet company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor flight itineraries and make necessary changes to ensure timely and efficient travel.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding their travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings, expenses, and reimbursements.
  • Audit time and expenses into company software and make necessary corrections as needed.
  • Research and recommend cost-effective travel options to clients.
  • Stay up to date on travel industry trends and changes in regulations to provide clients with the most current information.
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure clients' needs are met during travel.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred experience managing travel arrangements in a corporate setting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with travel regulations and industry trends
  • Ability to work night and weekends as needed
