As the Sr. Director of Product, Creative Assessment, you will be at the forefront of driving product strategy, innovation, and execution, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients and the market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products that maintain our competitive edge and delight our customers. This role will lead iSpot's Creative measurement product suite, which is instrumental in the TV industry's understanding of creative ad performance.Responsibilities:Product Strategy and Vision: Evolve and align a clear product vision in alignment with overarching portfolio strategy and iSpot's overall business objectivesMarket Analysis and Research: Drive your team to complete comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions. Apply data-driven decision-making processes to continually improve product offerings.Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer feedback. Oversee management, strategic planning, and forecasting of the product lifecycle.Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead product development and collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that their needs and feedback are central to product development. Engage with customers, collect feedback, and incorporate it into product development to surpass market expectations.Performance Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement. Ensure a transparent workflow to meet deadlines, effectively allocate resources, and deliver new features and updates on time.Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead by example a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence to achieve and surpass goals.Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership and customers.Qualifications and Education Requirements:Proven experience in a similar leadership role within market research, technology/data, or related field. Strong understanding of the advertising technology ecosystem, particularly TV and video advertising.10+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in a leadership role.Bachelor's degree in related field.A proven track record of delivering timely, successful products from conception through launch, demonstrating comprehensive and efficient execution.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and experience in aligning cross-functional teams towards common goals.Ability to inspire and drive innovation within a team.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.Preferred Skills:Deep knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, and AI as they pertain to ad tech.Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.Additional Notes:This position is based at our headquarters in Bellevue, with potential for remote work flexibility.Target cash compensation range: $198,550 - 262,080 USD AnnuallyWe are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot's equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.For more information on total rewards package, go HEREHybrid & Flexible Workplace PolicyiSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency. Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA; El Segundo, CA; New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week. While those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote schedule.
