Our Upstream Chemicals team oversees our chemical technology solutions for hydrocarbon production, transportation and processing. We are a leader in oil and water separation technology and in solutions to control corrosion, deposition, bacteria's. We provide chemicals and support to enhance plant processes, improve productivity, manage water treatment, and resolve environmental issues. Partner with the best As Scheduling and Competency Leader, you will ensure flawless execution by coordinating field personnel resources according to the activity requirements (short, mid and long term), personnel competence levels and personnel availability. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Balancing resource demand across your area and the wider region.
  • Monitoring and optimizing personnel utilization whilst minimizing overtime.
  • Assigning crews to jobs and initiating/coordinating mobilization and de-mobilization.
  • Developing training and competence strategies, creating development plans, coordinating competence assessment, and monitoring progression and training compliance.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in Upstream Chemicals and Oil & Gas
  • Display a firm, functional understanding of the Oil & Gas industry
  • High School Diploma
