Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to align with the organizations goals and growth initiatives.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless and effective experience.
  • Utilize data-driven analytics and recruitment metrics to assess performance and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Manage remote teams, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure productivity and engagement across global locations.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate these needs into clear recruitment outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to build a robust talent pipeline and enhance the employer brand.
  • Leverage advanced sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively identify and attract prospective candidates.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to stay abreast of recruitment trends and innovative talent acquisition strategies.
  • Coordinate and implement corporate branding initiatives that attract high-quality candidates and differentiate us in the market.

Requirements

  • Compensation: Performance based (commission).
  • Time commitments: Full-time and part-time options are available.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in talent acquisition with at least 2 years focused on recruiting for business development roles such as sales, partnerships, or growth positions.
  • Business Knowledge: Proven ability to understand market trends, business strategies, and how talent impacts organizational growth, preferably with experience in a sales-driven or revenue-focused environment.
  • Remote Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing remote teams with proficiency in virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Asana.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS), data analytics for recruitment metrics, and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to close high-caliber candidates and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
