Sr Human Resources Generalist - 3rd Shift Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Human Resources Generalist to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a key stakeholder, you will play a vital role in driving excellence in all facets of the human resources function at our state-of-the-art facility in Franklin, WI. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR Manager in all aspects of the plant's human resources function, including recruitment, policy administration, employee relations, payroll, safety, training, and development
• Maintain regular floor presence and direct contact with employees and supervisors to monitor the employee environment and address concerns
• Accurately maintain plant training records and report any training gaps or required training to management
• Develop and maintain solid working relationships with individuals at all levels

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of HR and recruiting experience, with payroll experience a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• HR-related work experience in the manufacturing industry required
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, problem-solving, organization, and time management skills
• Current knowledge of legal requirements for human resources, labor, and safety
