We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Engineer II to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of Web3. As a senior member of our solutions engineering team, you will collaborate with leading companies in the region to design and implement effective Web3 client solutions, drive client success, and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge products.

About the Role:

In this exciting and challenging role, you will:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design tailored solutions that meet their requirements
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase the potential of Circle's products and services
• Work closely with our business development, product, and engineering teams to drive client success and identify new business opportunities
• Provide technical leadership and expertise to our clients and internal teams, and contribute to the development of our solutions engineering practice
• Represent Circle at industry events and conferences, and maintain a strong network of relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or FinTech environment
• A strong technical background, with experience in API testing, database querying, and technical flow design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language
• A client-centric approach, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving client success
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A strong understanding of blockchain and FinTech concepts, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments
