We're seeking a talented Senior Experience Designer III to join our Managing team, where you'll play a key role in designing and developing best-in-class experiences for our customers. As a senior designer, you'll be responsible for creating delightful, complex designs that deliver great onboarding experiences, and mentoring other designers to help them grow and succeed.

About the Role

In this hybrid role, you'll work remotely and collaborate with our team to create and improve digitally-led experiences for our customers. You'll be accountable for quality solutions across the whole onboarding journey, and will work independently and collaboratively to solve design problems of varying complexity. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating complex designs to deliver great onboarding experiences
  • Designing and enhancing activation and support flows to make them intuitive and friendly
  • Identifying and analyzing design problems and opportunities within project briefs
  • Generating, exploring, refining, and documenting multiple design solutions
  • Articulating design decisions and communicating solutions to stakeholders through presentations and critiques
  • Mentoring and guiding team members, sharing knowledge and recommending best practices

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or two or more years of work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience in UX design
  • A portfolio of UX design work that showcases your skills and experience
  • Extensive experience with design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe, and/or related tools
  • Ability to digest and translate complex technical requirements into intuitive experiences
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

What We Offer

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary range of $118,000.00 to $219,000.00 per year, depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. You'll also be eligible for our award-winning total rewards package, which includes health and wellness benefits, short-term incentives, 401(k) Savings Plan, stock incentive programs, paid time off, parental leave, adoption assistance, and tuition assistance.
