About the Role

As a Senior Content Designer - Payments, you will:

• Design clear, intuitive product experiences that minimize friction and maximize engagement
• Develop strategic content solutions that speak to a global audience, addressing payment issues and opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement scalable content design solutions
• Collaborate with our Globalization team to ensure our product is amazing worldwide

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or short-form digital writing
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
• Strategic thinking, with a focus on systems and scalability
• Experience with payments, consumer products, and global brands
• Comfort with A/B testing, data analysis, and feedback-driven iteration
• Mastery of AP style and the confidence to adapt to our unique voice
• Fluency in languages other than English is a plus
