About the Role

We're looking for a talented professional with:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple clients and priorities
• Technical expertise, including proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, and experience with QuickBooks or Sage Intacct

• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of financial records and reports
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and other accounting documents
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns
• Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth

Requirements

• Accounting or business-related degree preferred
• 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, with a proven track record of success
• Experience working with multiple clients and priorities
• Excellent computer and data skills, including MS Office and Advanced Excel
• Strong experience with QuickBooks or Sage Intacct
• Able to pass a drug screening and background check
• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or CPA candidate a plus
• Verifiable references
