Responsibilities:

• Work a part-time schedule ranging from 8-24 hours per week, with a focus on conducting therapy with clients
• Practice evidence-based psychotherapy, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
• Conduct consult appointments with incoming clients to support high-quality assessments and therapist matching
• Integrate technology into your practice, providing data-driven care and evaluating response to ongoing treatment
• Communicate with other mental health providers and provide referrals as needed

Requirements:

• Reside in Florida and hold a valid Florida license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PhD/PsyD)
• At least two years of clinical experience treating adult individuals (18+)
• Experience practicing with evidence-based psychotherapies
• Comfortable incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes
• At least 6 months of experience providing teletherapy
• Knowledgeable of and maintain HIPAA standards of privacy and confidentiality
