• Providing helpful information on American Airlines policies, travel requirements, and loyalty programs

What You Bring:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or call centers
