Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer calls, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Support multiple bank customers with reward points redemption, including tracking shipments, cancelling orders, and refunding reward points
• Assist clients with booking travel arrangements, such as flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises, using accumulated reward points
• Provide exceptional customer service, working in a "yes" environment to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
