We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Texas. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, and email support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide premium customer service and support via phone, chat, and email
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding logistics, returns, refunds, product information, and warranty questions
• Assist customers with website navigation and general questions
• Work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
