Job Description:

We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Engineer to join our Enterprise Workflow group, where you will play a key role in driving the design and delivery of exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Apple to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experiences
• Designing and implementing solutions to drive cycles, care, and constancy for critical client workflows
• Developing and maintaining expertise in Apple's products and services, including Apple Business Manager, MDM, and other relevant technologies
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and other team members
• Driving quality improvement initiatives and processes

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience delivering and managing Macs, iPads, iPhones, and Apple TVs in a large enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of device management solutions, including macOS and iOS
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Python, Go, or Objective-C
• Experience with Apple's enterprise technologies, including Apple Business Manager and MDM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
