As a Remote Claims Adjuster, you'll play a vital role in advocating for our policyholders, listening to their concerns, analyzing problems, and guiding them through the claims process. Your expertise will empower you to proactively make recommendations, helping customers avoid future issues and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring policyholders receive personalized support and guidance throughout the claims process
• Analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and make informed recommendations to policyholders
• Utilize your expertise to proactively identify potential issues and develop strategies to mitigate future risks
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution

Requirements and Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a Claims Adjuster, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Active All-Lines Adjuster license in your home state, with up-to-date continuing education hours
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft business-level communications
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and negotiating skills, with a relentless drive to deliver results
• Proven organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• High school diploma or GED, with a proven ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively
