We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Global Merchant Services Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will lead cross-functional project and program teams, collaborate with internal customers, and drive the delivery of value-based outcomes using Agile practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project and program teams to deliver strategic initiatives and drive business outcomes
• Collaborate with internal customers, Product, Engineers, Architects, Leadership, and other key partners to establish and interpret project/program objectives into solutions
• Drive the delivery of value-based outcomes using Agile practices and processes, and demonstrate Agile/Scrum concepts and principles to support successful business outcomes
• Manage multi-year project roadmaps and workplans, identify ideal state and strategic plans, and ensure progress towards achieving program milestones
• Facilitate and lead technical conversations, document solutions, and drive team/release level processes demonstrating servant leadership and domain knowledge

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Project/Program management, driving transformation projects in business and technology organizations
• Experience with driving Continuous Improvement initiatives, large-scale strategic business Reengineering initiatives, and driving culture change in a large organization
• Demonstrated track record of independently driving end-to-end results across priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong relationship and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate, build trust, and influence others across diverse audiences and at all levels
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including excellent active listening skills
• PMP certification and experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
