Transformative Product Principal - Customer Experience Opportunity (Remote)

As a Product Principal, you will play a pivotal role in connecting strategies, defining scope, and delivering business value across multiple product teams and domains. You will work closely with senior leaders, Product Directors, and cross-functional program leaders to drive change management, process improvement, and innovation. Your expertise will guide in-depth business reviews, and you will communicate and present across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery and Execution (10%): Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure alignment and scope; review recommended solutions to ensure products meet company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
  • Strategy and Planning (60%): Partner with Cross-Functional Programs or Technology Portfolios to align outcomes; cascade context to leadership and strategy to balanced teams using OKRs; lead cross-functional discovery and create holistic roadmaps with dependencies.
  • Team and Stakeholder Management (30%): Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery; foster collaboration across teams and portfolios to drive value and resolve impediments; manage stakeholder expectations and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and user experience.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Minimum 8 years of work experience, with 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
