We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Merchandiser (Stocker) to join our team at Workwarp. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in presenting our products in a way that attracts consumer attention at our customer retail locations. Key Highlights:

• Remote work location
• Competitive hourly rate: $14 - $15/hour (depending on experience)
• Part-time schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 5pm - 9pm (with some weeknights and mandatory Saturday and Sunday work)
• Eligibility to participate in our company retirement benefit plan after completing 1,000 hours in a calendar year

Job Responsibilities:

As a Merchandiser, your duties will include:

• Filling, merchandising, and rotating products on display and shelves according to procedures and special programs
• Physically moving products from the backroom to display areas
• Creating and distributing point-of-sale materials
• Organizing and maintaining the backroom by stacking and arranging products
• Fostering business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up and proactive communication

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with various customers
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision
• Critical thinking skills
• Valid in-state driver's license and excellent driving history
• Proof of insurance policy with current coverage
