• Provide product information, features, pricing, and availability to customers
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, handling transactions with precision
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize distractions and stay focused
• Support the team in managing and replenishing stock items as needed
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals while delivering high-quality customer service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Relevant experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills

• Knowledge of home improvement products and tools is an asset
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
