To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in any field (preference given to degrees in Language and Education) or a related teaching certificate
• TEFL or TESOL certification (mandatory for online teaching)
• Availability to teach part-time or full-time (afternoon to evening Beijing time, 4 pm - 11 pm BJT)
• A reliable computer (desktop or laptop) with internet access (wired connection preferred)
• A commitment to teaching for a minimum of one complete semester (6 months)
• A punctual and responsible work ethic, with a positive attitude

Preferred qualifications include:

• TESOL / TESL / TEFL / IELTS certification
• Experience teaching ESOL / English to young learners
• At least 1 year of online teaching experience
