About the Role: As an OCM Change Specialist, you will work with internal and external partners to develop and utilize standard, industry-proven tools and processes, equipping leaders to lead organizational change and ensuring successful change adoption on identified initiatives. You will collaborate with a matrix organization, including technology, finance, HR, executive leaders, and external teams and customers to positively impact business performance by accelerating change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change management planning and execution for initiatives, developing change management plans, and deploying actionable and targeted plans.
• Leverage the customized Up Prosci change management methodology, adjusting as needed to ensure focus on execution and impact.
• Co-create comprehensive communication plans for internal and external communications, conducting ongoing impact analysis to assess change readiness and manage anticipated resistance.
• Design and execute the change agent/change champions plan and resistance management plan, coaching and providing ongoing support to executive teams, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Deploy effective, measured, and continuously improved change management best practices for the success of enterprise and other large-scale transformational initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years in Change Management or a similar field.
• Demonstrated experience with change management initiatives.
• Change management certification is desirable (Prosci certification preferred).
