Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update customer, vendor, and transaction data into databases or CRM platforms
• Review data for accuracy and completeness to ensure high-quality results
• Maintain records of activities and tasks to track progress and productivity
• Identify and correct errors in data entries to ensure data integrity
• Perform data validation and cleanup as needed to maintain accurate records
• Communicate with team members to clarify information and ensure seamless collaboration
• Meet daily and weekly productivity goals to drive business success
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion to maintain trust and confidentiality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (at least 50 WPM preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace
• Experience with CRM or database systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure high-quality results
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines to drive business success
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home to ensure productivity
