Healthcare Call Center Associate - Remote Opportunity in NJ

About the Role:

  • Starting pay rate: up to $17.50 per hour
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, starting on day 1

  • 6-8 weeks of paid training, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm EST

As a Healthcare Call Center Associate, you will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, processing transactions, and resolving customer inquiries
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing accurate and timely information to clients
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience and promoting customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Utilize critical thinking and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet performance goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate multiple platforms
  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for helping others and providing empathetic support

Work-from-Home Requirements:

  • Dedicated, private home workspace with minimal distractions
  • Established home internet connectivity, with a minimum download speed of 25mbps and upload speed of 15mbps
  • Ability to troubleshoot own devices and connectivity issues
