Math Intervention Teacher (K-8) - Full-Time Opportunity in Port Arthur, TX

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Math Teacher to join our team at Catapult Learning, a leading provider of K-12 contracted instructional services. As a Math Intervention Teacher, you will play a vital role in helping students in grades K-8 address learning loss and achieve academic success. This is a full-time, in-person position located in Port Arthur, TX, with a competitive salary range of $25-$28 per hour.

Job Summary:

• Deliver small group math instruction to students in grades K-8, focusing on intervention and support
• Utilize a prescribed curriculum and the gradual release model of instruction to help students address skill deficits and reach on-level academic success
• Collaborate with teachers, principals, and parents to ensure student success and progress
• Participate in paid training and planning/prep time to ensure your success in the role

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Teaching Certificate preferred
• Classroom teaching, internship, and/or tutoring experience
• Willingness and ability to teach math to various grade levels
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Zoom/Teams preferred
• A passion for helping students achieve academic success
